Well, Currently I presume no. As, in clash royale, as soon as the game was released, giants, barbarians, and archers, (from clash of clans), are in clash royale, so I don't think so, as the current characters we have, have some features of the characters from clash royale, Adding crossover characters is just basically adding a copy of another character,
