Piercing AOE (Area of Effect) normal attack, can potentially hurt all 3 enemies per attack.
Fairly far range to hurt enemies without being hit.
Super move provides a tank with good zoning potential.
Fairly high health for a medium/long ranged character.
Cons
Bear is easily kited and killed without support.
Can be hard to charge up super move if team is not distracting.
Shelly and long ranged brawlers harass Nita very well.

Nita's Super is her bread and butter, if your team is coordinated Big Baby Bear acts as a damage soaker and is almost like a fourth teammate.
Nita is frequently required to be a semitank, and since she needs to flank usually to charge super, health allows her to fill this role.
Attack is still good on Nita, but it is just not as strong as other elixir upgrades
Strategies & tips
General strategies
Force enemies to chase you and use your superior range, or if they outrange you, you can usually flank them.
Try to be a side menace, you can peel for your team or get easy backline access with a good flank, whether it be from the side or back.
Try to walk through your enemies that need to aim, this can cause them to waste shots in the completely wrong direction, giving you advantages over them.
Primary attack
Walk toward the enemy, shoot, then walk back, for distance security and attack range.
Try to shoot at a corner and run around it, you can bait enemies into taking many waves to hurt them and charge your super move.
Use the wave effect to hit multiple enemies, this will give your team a huge advantage and charge your super more easily.
Super ability
You can use Big Baby Bear to flank enemies, if you and BBB come from behind and your team is on the opposite side the enemy will be pincered.
You can also use yourself and BBB to do a two sided flank, they will have to walk into you, allowing you to charge your super, or they will take damage from BBB, which also charges your super.
Use your normal attack wisely, as you will know that the enemy will always try to pick up the gems .
It is okay to pick up gems, enemies usually target the gemholder, and Nita normal attacks are great for when the enemy is willing to chase you down desperately.
Use BBB on sides to force enemy to retreat from the gem mine, gaining your team the objective of the game mode.
The bait technique is extremely good for bounty as well, as Nita you can rack up many stars and cause desperate enemies to suicide into you.
Most Bounty maps have a lot of bushed areas, so you can quickly poke and charge super, or just send BBB for a strong flank.
Use your long ranged AOE normal at the starting bonus star to harass greedy enemies, if your team coordinates you can potentially bring about a team wipe.
Nita play style is quite different between offense and defense, but she is fairly strong on both.
Offensively, you should use corners to slowly push towards the safe, charging your super until you can place BBB on the safe, causing mass panic and your team will be able to swoop in and do massive damage.
Defensively you should try to poke, ideally on multiple enemies at once, and use BBB to force enemies away, just make sure he is not too easy to kill.
